While comprehensive training will be provided, we do require candidates to have previous experience in the field of care.
The position available is for 24-30 hours per week, with each shift lasting 6 hours. We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to create a supportive environment for our staff.

About Us
Retirement living with a new perspective
Frintondene is a small family run residential home for 8 Residents, situated off the seafront in Third Avenue. We have been established since 1991 with the aim of giving a home for life to people over 65 years of age, so that they can live in a safe and homely environment, where they can live as independently as they are able, in comfort, privacy and cared for as individuals, to follow their own pursuits and hobbies.
My mum has been at Frintondene for several years now and has never had anything other than super care in all aspects medically and socially.

We have a very low turnover of staff, many of whom have been working at Frintondene since it opened in 1991, so residents don’t have to be worried about seeing new faces all the time. All staff update health and safety training annually including Manual Handling, First Aid, Medication Handling, Infection Control, Food Handling and Hygiene.
